ATI provides relevant and timely information about the Company to analysts, fund managers, potential investors, other stakeholders, and the general public, as part of its Investor Relations program.
Such corporate information are regularly cascaded through Annual Stockholders Meetings, regulatory company disclosures to the SEC and PSE, quarterly and annual reports, press releases, media statements, and analysts briefings, consistent with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and all other regulatory and governing bodies.
Given the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, most of the Company’s investor relations activities have been conducted through virtual and online channels, following prescribed public health standards.
